Those of you who haven’t been following the advent of Microsoft’s Windows 7 operating system are probably unaware that it incorporates multitouch technology, which recognizes more than one finger touch at a time. Yes, Apple’s already done that, we know. So in an effort to make this technology useful and distinctivel, Microsoft Research has developed a family of five mice that utilize it interesting ways, like being able to flick a cursor across the screen, or pinching to shrink photos.
